Initiating the emergency measures plan

In preparation for Hurricane Fiona, the Municipalité des Îles-de-la-Madeleine is advising citizens that they have initiated the emergency measures plan. Avoid all travel as of 11:00 p.m. this Friday, September 23rd: the safest place to be during the storm is at home. Listen to 92.7 CFIM radio and follow the updates that will be posted by both municipalities in order to stay up to date on the situation. Please note that the municipal office of Grosse Ile is open and do not hesitate to contact us if necessary, 418 985-2510.
